Phase 1:  Identification of Your Training Requirements & Timelines

In order to effectively design the most effectual curriculum, it is essential for our training specialists to understand your specific training requirements. BenAstrum will schedule a brief web meeting during which our training specialists will assess your training specifications, processes and products in order to identify the best methods in conducting the training for your personnel. At this stage of the process, the urgency of your training timelines will also be discussed. BenAstrum ensures a proactive and preventive approach to training, significantly reducing training gaps and consequent risks while ensuring that the company does not pay for training it does not require.

Phase 2:  Instructor Selection

The identification process is followed by the appointment of the most qualified expert instructor(s) at BenAstrum to scientifically evaluate your requirements, design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum to your organization.

Phase 3: Expert Evaluation

Similar to Phase 1, BenAstrum will schedule a web meeting with your training leader, team members and the selected instructor(s). This evaluation will enable the instructor(s) to classify the level of training required for each trainee, as well as assess your company-specific scientific and regulatory training needs, with the ultimate goal of developing your curriculum.

Phase 4:  Preparation of Curriculum Draft

Based on the evaluation of your unique requirements, BenAstrum and its instructors will draft the training curriculum. The draft outline will then be forwarded to your organization for evaluation and approval, assuring that the curriculum meets your exact training needs.

Phase 5: Finalizing the Training Date(s), Time(s) & Deliverables

Upon your approval of the curriculum draft, BenAstrum’s Event Coordination department will communicate directly with your team leader in order to select the most convenient date(s) and time(s) for your private training to take place. The planning team at BenAstrum will also provide your personnel with the technical information and requirements to ensure seamless delivery of your curriculum.

Phase 6: Curriculum Draft Approval

Your team will receive the finalized curriculum for final evaluation and approval.

Phase 7: Training Delivery

The training will be conducted.

Phase 8: Post-Training Evaluation

Once the training has been delivered, a post-training evaluation will be scheduled to evaluate the performance of individual attendees and provide the team leader with a summary of the training covered. The evaluation will include content assessment tools to measure the knowledge gained by attendees.
